Industrial Air Cleaners
Packaged, custom designed media, and electrostatic air cleaners
for the capture of smoke, dust, fumes, and odors. Uses include: welding, machining, grinding,
printing, woodworking, school shops, auto body, and many other applications. System can be used
for ambient air cleaning or source capture. Media filter, electrostatic, and HEPA filter units
are available. Units with adsorption/absorption capabilities are also available. Units range
in size from 500 CFM to 1,000,000 CFM.
Mist Collection
Packaged, custom designed media, and mist collectors for the
capture of smoke, mist, particulate, and fumes generated during machining with water soluble
or straight oil coolants and lubricants. Collectors can be mounted directly on machining
centers or ducted to a central system. Mist collectors include highly efficient impingement
mechanisms for removing mist from the airstream while providing increased filter life. In
many cases coolant can be recycled back to machining center, if desired.
Dust Collectors
Packaged, custom designed fabric, cartridge and wet collectors
for the capture of all types of dry dust. Units are available for intermittent and
continuous duty operations. Units are available for inside outside use and placement. Air
can be exhausted or recirculated back into your facility, saving energy and money.
Environmental Booths and Down Draft Tables
Environmental booths provide safe and nonrestrictive working
areas that allow workers to perform without being exposed to the contaminants they are producing,
as well as isolating the surrounding areas from contaminants being produced. Down draft tables
provide ventilating work surfaces for the removal of contaminants. Custom tables can be
fabricated.
Source Capture Extractor Arms
Self-supporting/heavy duty source capture arms in sizes ranging
from 3 to 30 feet in length, and 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 inches in diameter. Source capture arms
provide the benefit of capturing contaminants before they reach the workers breathing zone
or valuable parts of machinery.
Odor Control Systems
Systems for the control and neutralization of odors using
carbon and/or potassium permanganate and ozone generation.
Vehicle and Fume Exhaust Systems, Hose Reels, and Rail Extraction
Source capture and ambient exhaust systems are available for
the removal of fumes produced by diesel and gas engines. These systems can attach directly
to exhaust pipes or can provide rapid ventilation of fumes from enclosed rooms.
Commercial Self-Contained Air Cleaners
Packaged equipment for the capture of tobacco smoke, dusts tha
cause allergic reactions, and fumes in offices and homes are available. Desk top, console,
furnace units, decorator models, and special odor control units are available from 200 CFM
to 2,000 CFM. Media, electrostatic, and HEPA units are available that can plug into a wall
outlet.
Blowers, Fans, Ventilators
Forward curved, backward inclined, vane axial, tube axial,
and material handling fans are available for most pressure and temperature ranges. Systems
are designed for use in corrosive atmospheres. High pressure blowers are available for drying
or combustion processes.
Vacuum Systems
Industrial vacuums are available for housekeeping or source
capture of various contaminants including grinding dust or welding smoke.
Service, Parts, Mechanical Installation, and Replacement Filters
Service and parts are available for most lines of air cleaning/
dust collection equipment. Filters are in stock for many models. Extremely competitive pricing
